RETURNS will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account. For any unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are only done when item received is damaged or defective. Returns are be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping Fee is non refundable because we cannot ask a refund from the shipping companies. We do not provide a return shipping label.

Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Send an email to Indicate the Product name and code and the quantity. Reason for Returning the item and when the product is opened or not. Provide your order number.

All returns should have “RETURNS DEPT.” written clearly on the outside of the box. Inside the box, include the order number that you are referring to so that we can properly credit your account. There is a charge of 30% restocking fee for all Returns.
