Shipping & Returns

Refunds/Returns Policy will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 30 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account. For any unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are only done when item received is damaged or defective. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking fee. Shipping Fee is non refundable because we cannot ask a refund from the shipping companies.

Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused without prior approval.

Back Order Policy

When any item is put on backorder at AnnaRivas Shop, we will ship it out to you as soon as it comes in. However if the value of the merchandise is under $5.00 we will cancel the missing item from your order and indicate on the invoice when we expect the item to be available for reorder.

Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Product will upon your request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be the responsibility of

Shipping strives to ship all orders within 5 working days. Please allow up to 5 additional days for transit times depending upon your geographical location.Overseas order may take up to 3 weeks transit times.

We will ship anywhere that will accept packages from the United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please note that if you contact us with changes and your order has already been processed for shipping we may not be able to make adjustments.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Most orders are shipped via USPS will have a delivery confirmation number, but we will not be able to accurately track USPS deliveries that are international. This includes orders shipped via the USPS to APO addresses. Larger orders tend to be shipped via UPS. All orders delivered via UPS have a tracking that we will be able to accurately track. We are not liable for any duty charges.

Our shipping charges are based on the weight of the package(s) and the zip code to which it is sent. Because of the wide variety of products(from oils, jewelry to Salt lamps, it is impossible for us to know the cost of the shipping until we pack the box(s). Nearly every box and every order is different. Because we process over 100 orders per day, it is impossible for us to notify of the shipping costs before we ship.


You will receive by email a PDF copy of your invoice with all charges and your UPS OR USPS Tracking information when your order is shipped.  Truck shipments- Tracking numbers are not available
